Shipping & Delivery
Each work is prepared and packaged by hand, using archival, museum-grade materials. Paintings are wrapped in acid-free paper, protected with corner guards, and placed in reinforced boxes designed for international transport.
Original artworks
- Shipping is free worldwide.
- Each piece is dispatched within two business days and delivered within 2 to 14 business days, depending on destination.
- All shipments include tracking and insurance. You will receive an email once your piece has been dispatched.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are shipped securely in protective packaging.
- Shipping costs vary by region and are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Delivery is free for orders above €200.
- All gift cards include tracking, and delivery typically takes between 2 and 14 business days.
Customs and restrictions
- Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by local authorities and payable by the recipient.
- If, upon preparing your order, we determine that shipment to your country is not possible due to current import policies, a full refund will be issued.
Returns
Each iqui painting is unique. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The work must be returned in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be reused whenever possible.
- The printed certificate of authenticity must be included.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item was damaged in transit.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before shipping. Once the work has been safely received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments are fully insured. If your painting or gift card arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within two business days, including photographs of the packaging and the item if applicable. We will handle the process with the carrier and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
Authenticity
Each original painting carries an embedded NFC chip and a digital certificate verifying provenance and authenticity. A printed certificate, signed and dated in the studio, accompanies every work. Both should remain with the painting for future reference.
Commissions
Commissions are available upon request. Each one begins with a conversation about space, light and perception, and unfolds through the same process that guides every work. It is not a reproduction or adaptation, but a new act of perception. Each commissioned piece follows the rhythm of creation itself, allowing time for what needs to emerge.

Care
Before leaving the studio, each painting is sealed with an archival UV-protective fixative. To preserve its integrity:
- Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Avoid heat sources and sudden temperature changes.
- Dust lightly with a soft, dry brush.
- For framing, prefer UV-filtering acrylic and leave space for the texture to breathe.

Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. Bank transfers and selected digital payment options, including stablecoins, are available upon request.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Privacy
Personal information such as name, address and email is used solely for order processing and delivery. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, and no financial data is stored. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. For more details, you can read our Privacy Policy.
