Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally, subject to destination availability and applicable regulations. In rare cases, delivery to certain locations may be restricted due to legal, carrier, or external constraints. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we recommend contacting us before completing your purchase.

Once dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided.

Studio pickup may be available by appointment.

Original artworks

  • Each artwork requires preparation time prior to dispatch. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for packing and handling.
  • Shipping for original artworks is included.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are physical objects, each corresponding to a unique 15 × 15 cm hand-painted canvas linked to its digital certificate.
  • They may be shipped directly to the recipient with an optional personal message.
  • Shipping for gift cards is included.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & LOST SHIPMENTS

All artworks offered by IQUI are original, one-of-a-kind works. Due to their unique nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a purchase has been confirmed.

If an artwork or gift card arrives damaged, or if a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed. Gift cards are non-refundable and subject to specific conditions.

Authenticity

Each original artwork includes an embedded NFC chip linked to a digital certificate verifying provenance and authenticity.

A physical authenticity certificate accompanies the artwork and should remain with it over time.

If the NFC chip becomes non-functional, the digital certificate and physical documentation remain valid.

Commissions

Commissions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

They are not reproductions or adaptations, but new works developed through the IQUI process.

Each request is given time to settle before any work begins. Sometimes this takes the form of a conversation, sometimes a quiet pause, sometimes a story shared. There are no instructions to follow, only points of departure.

Care

Before leaving the studio, each artwork is prepared with longevity in mind and protected using an archival, UV-protective fixative.

To preserve the work over time, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes.

Surface dust may be removed gently using a soft, dry tool.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. Bank transfers and selected digital payment options, including stablecoins, are available upon request.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy

Personal information such as name, address, and email is used solely for order processing, communication, and delivery.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. IQUI does not store credit card or financial information.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to complete payment or shipping.
